LOSING WEIGHT BY EATING EGGS

To begin, I aim to lost minimum go 5 kgs for this month. Last October 1, 2019 I started my another challenge of losing weight that will not makes me crave and I will always feel full the whole day. On daily basis I boiled 6 pieces of eggs and I eat 2 each per meal. Before I will proceed let me discuss the benefits of eating eggs.

Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white along with vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat than the yolk. Eggs are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper.
See how many benefits does eggs contribute to our body. Without further a due, let me go back to my diet. First of all, I begun weighing myself. as you can see in my picture below I weigh 66 kgs. 
The first day of eating only 2 eggs per meal, without rice, meat nor any fattening foods and drinks was a challenge for me. My craving for chips and bread was really hard but then again I pushed and hold harder to stick on it. As the days goes by a friend of mine has advised me that I can add to eat some food that doesn't contain any fats and sugar. In addition to her tips, I can substitute those with sugar free products. 

Indeed I followed her advised and eventually it helps me to lessen my craving for such fatty foods. My recommendation would be almond/pistachio nuts, sugar-free candies and drinks.

Now its 2nd of November, and I'm back for the update. 
Below is my updated weight.  I’m so glad I persevere to lost weight and ofcourse with the help of the people around. They really pushed me through. Shout-out to my friends and colleagues who enthusiasts me to do this small yet great improvement. 

But it doesn’t stop HERE, I need to lost little more fats, not because I wanted to be sexy and wear those swimsuits , but all I wanted to be fit and healthy. 

I feel much better and confident with who I am now. And so guys don’t give up, if I can do it ,then  you CAN too. Till next time
